HIST 302: The Fall of Rome (Diplomacy Simulation)

AFTER THE FALL ORDERS ARE SUBMITTED ON Wednesdays, TEAMS IN POSSESSION OF SUPPLY CENTERS OUTNUMBERING THEIR NUMBER OF UNITS (ARMIES AND FLEETS) ARE ABLE TO BUILD ADDITIONAL UNITS IN ANY UNOCCUPIED SUPPLY CENTERS THAT THEY HAVE CAPTURED AND NOW CONTROL AFTER THE FALL TURN. (Note that when the game started, before your first move, your three units were already placed in the three supply centers that they controlled. Exception: the Huns started with control of four. Note: control remains even when a supply center is unoccupied, unless someone else captures it. THE "SPRING RAID" RULE IS IN EFFECT because we are playing Fall of Rome Rules [see below].)
